See all FAQsShould I use Power BI or Excel?
Excel suits smaller teams and simpler reports. Power BI is better for larger data, several sources, sharing across a team and automatic refresh. We recommend the lighter option that does the job.
Do I need a Power BI license?
Viewing shared reports usually needs a Power BI Pro license for each user, unless your organization has Premium capacity. We explain the options before building.
Can you connect to our existing data?
Yes. We connect to Excel files, CSV exports and SQL databases, and can advise on connecting other business systems.
Will we be able to update it ourselves?
Yes. We document the model and train your team so you can add data and adjust visuals.
